of the IPME. Members and vendors alike were excited to finally be able to network and connect once again. Guest speakers included Assessor Jeff Prang, Attorney Dennis Block, Attorney Mike Brennan, Property Management Expert Patti Widget and Tax
Expert Tony Watson, among others.
The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles manned a booth to provide information to members and non-members. We were pleased to see many of our members in attendance, many of whom provided us with positive feedback, such as member Julie McIntire from Golden Bear Property Management, and Board Member, Bill Shaw, from Roxbury Properties.
One of our longtime Business Council members, BEHR Paint Company, also had a booth at the IPME and in addition to providing information about their products and services, two of their representatives who are also artists provided an artwork demonstration. The two talented BEHR employees, Josh Edgerton, a Pro Paint Sales Services Specialist, and Leo Rivas, a Territory Representative, painted on canvas a special design for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles using BEHR’s paints and as a finishing touch to the beautiful art piece, they included the Apartment Association’s logo. This beautiful artwork was then gifted to us and now proudly hangs at the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles’ headquarters.
