ATTENTION ALL CALIFORNIA RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
JOIN US FOR APARTMENTALIZE JUNE 22ND TO 24TH IN SAN DIEGO! The Southern California Rental Housing Association will be the host association for the 2022 National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize Conference in San Diego, California taking place from June 22-24, 2022. Organizers are seeking volunteers to assist at the event in exchange for the coveted Volunteer Concierge Committee discount. This year’s conference is certain to be one of the biggest ever currently with 300+ Exhibitors and 99+ classes currently on the schedule and with likely additions that will be announced soon.

Apartmentalize is always a large conference with nearly 10,0000 attendees expected, and that means the National Apartment Association needs lots of help running the event. If you are planning to attend this year’s Apartmentalize conference in San Diego, you can save hundreds of dollars on registration fees when you volunteer for just 4 hours before and/or during the event. The current full conference registration fee is $895.00 per person (early bird rate ends March 14th). By volunteering for 4 hours, your full conference rate will be $425.00 – That’s a savings of $470.00!
How Does it Work?
In order to receive the discount, register at the Apartmentalize website and purchase your full conference ticket (Website: www.Apartmentalize.NAAHQ.org) Then use discount code, CONCIERGE2022, at check out to receive the discount. As the event gets closer, you will receive an email from the National Apartment Association to sign up for your volunteer time slot. You then complete the volunteer sign-up at that time, and you are set. If you fail to sign up to volunteer or do not report for volunteer duty after receiving the discount, the National Apartment Association will then charge you the remaining portion of the registration due at that time.
What Do Volunteers Do?
Volunteers have many important roles at Apartmentalize. In the days prior to the event, in the past, volunteers have assisted with welcome bags, set-up welcome booths at participating hotels, and helped with other pre-conference preparations. During the conference itself, volunteers act as ushers by guiding attendees to meeting locations, assisting in lecture rooms and at hotels providing directions to the conference center, and fulfill other similar roles. If you enjoy helping people, this is the job for you.
Who is Eligible to Volunteer?
As a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (or any of its affiliated entities), you are already a member of the National Apartment Association, and this discount is exclusively available to you.
